  • Click the “Certificate Error” box or message on your browser. In the dialog box that opens, click “View certificates.”
  • Click the “General” tab on the Certificates dialog box that opens and then click “Install Certificates.”
  • Click “Next” on the Certificate Import Wizard dialog box that opens.
  • Choose the “Place all certificates in the following store” radio button on the Certificate Store screen, and then click the “Browse” button.
  • Choose the “Trusted Root Certification Authorities” option on the dialog box that opens, and then click “OK” and “Next.”
  • Click the “Finish” button on the Completing the Certificate Import Wizard screen.
  • Click “Yes” on the Security Warning dialog box that opens, and then click “OK.”
